About Community Meetings – May 2025

The Independent Monitor Team will be returning to Western North Carolina for another series of meetings to share information and build community during the timeframe, May 5 – 14, 2025. Two meetings will be offered in a public meeting format, and other meetings are being scheduled with small groups and individuals.

The two public meetings will be held on the following dates and locations with doors opening 30 minutes prior to the meeting:

Monday, May 12, 2025 (5:30 – 7:00 p.m.)

In addition, the Independent Monitor Team is offering to meet with small groups, civic organizations, and individuals, either in person or virtually. Please let us know if you would like to meet with the Independent Monitor, or have a small group or civic organization that would like to meet with the Independent Monitor by notifying the Team at:  Mission@affliatedmonitors.com.

NOTE: We continue to extend our thanks to individuals and groups which welcomed our Team members during our site visit in January 2025, providing space for our meetings and participating in meaningful discussions.
